Some people think that it is more important that cities provide cheap-housing and facilities, while others think that it is worth spending money on well-designed building that look beautiful.

What are your opinions about it?

From my point of view, cheap-housing is good for people’s pockets when there’s not much money to afford expensive things: But, it is also a true fact that many of this cheap-houses sometimes are built with secondary materials that don’t provide a long-lasting and enough endurance. Like well-designed buildings do. As well as, the location is at times not the most desirable; indeed, many factors like: security and the environment are not as elegant as they are in the uptown.

 I live in the west-part of the city and I frankly can say that house-living here is neither expensive nor economic, but something that is for sure invaluable is the security which we count on. It’s peaceful and very calm, and referring to facilities housings in my neighborhood offer many like; green-areas, parks and in the houses people dispose of garage, balconies and even area for BBQ. Also, the location helps too much when getting around the city because there are many avenues near for an easy and comfortable mobility.

On the other hand, when a well-designed housing is located in a private area the price of some things like; the bills or the administration are pretty expensive and unaffordable, But is undeniable that this houses are beautiful and technologically are several steps forward than normal housings anywhere in the city.

In short, a house must be bought not considering the price-tag, but looking for comfort instead, for not only the owner but also for the people who will habit it. And, evaluating factors like; the quality of life that will be provided outside of it, looking for a better development both inside the housing and in the society.
